At Punta Blanca Beach House we are PET FRIENDLY. This regulation is only applicable to dogs. Maximum allowed weight: 25 lbs./11.34 kg maximum 15 kilos.

1. Designated Areas: Pets will have access to designated areas in the hotel restaurant and beach.
   
2. Pets are allowed inside the Garden Suite room only.Pet limit: Up to 2 dogs are allowed to enter without a weight limit.
   
3. Pets must be supervised and cared for at all times by their owners and must carry a leash at all times when they are in the common areas of the hotel.
4. The guest is responsible for cleaning up any debris that their pet may leave in any area of the hotel.
   
5. Damage to property: If any item of the property is broken or damaged, the guest will be responsible for covering the full replacement cost. It is forbidden for pets to climb onto beds or loungers.
   
6. Pet Supervision: It is not allowed to leave your pet alone at a beach club for any reason.
   
7. Dogs should not sleep on beds or rugs inside the room.
   
8. If you need special pet amenities, please contact Guest Experience before your arrival.
   
9. If you want a special cleaning service in your room, please contact our Guest Experience department to coordinate the cleaning with the housekeeper.
   
10. The daily cleaning service inside the room will not be carried out if the pet is inside it, so we recommend that you indicate the time when the room will be cleaned upon arrival.
    
11. Guests are responsible for cleaning their pet's faeces on hotel property and in surrounding areas.
    
12. Any disturbance, such as barking, must be controlled to ensure that other guests are not disturbed.
    
13. Guests are responsible for all property damage and/or personal injuries that result from their pet. Guests agree to compensate and not hold the Hotel and its owners and operators responsible for damages that occur as a result of their pet.
    
14. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's account for the cost of damages.
    
15. It is not allowed to use hotel utensils for animal use.
    
16. You can use the restaurant area as long as the dog is on a leash and where the hotel staff assigns you so as not to disturb other guests.
